Hide Fax Numbers component: manage Outlook contacts
If your contacts include the FAX numbers you may have some inconvenience in selecting the mail recipient when the message is created. The Microsoft Outlook will show both kinds of contacts in the list: the contacts with email addresses and the contacts with the fax numbers. Moreover, if one contact has the email address as well as the fax number, the name of the contact will be duplicated, which may confuse. But this is not going to happen if you use the Hide Fax Numbers component. With the help of this Outlook add-in, the fax numbers will be excluded from the list of contacts and will not show up when you create a new message. But at the same time, the information will be stored in the contacts and you will not lose any of the fax numbers.
The use of this Outlook add-in allows to:
- hide contacts, that have a fax number, when a new message is created
- restore displaying of contacts with fax numbers
- select exceptions, to which the program operations will be not applied

I am totally thrilled with my two recent purchases from MAPILab! I purchased Mail Merge Toolkit in order to create customized mass email/fax blasts and also installed MAPILab
Toolbox so that the emails would not trip our ISP's usage boundaries. The programs are working beautifully, just as we needed them to - but I am also writing to compliment
MAPILab for the fabulous technical support that I needed when we had a problem with the initial setup. Ivan is great! Thank you for the excellent software, and for being there for your customers!
